Only dogs entered in the Bred By Exhibitor classes are eligible to compete for Best Bred By Exhibitor in Show. "Specials" are allowed to compete in the Bred By Exhibitor class. The handler must be the owner/co-owner and breeder/co-breeder at all levels of this competition.
