| A native of Australia, Jamie began his early judging career while living there. In 2004 he moved to the USA
and began judging under the American Kennel Club system. Over the past 20 years, he has steadily
progressed to earn approval for the Sporting, Hound and Terrier groups, plus breeds in the Herding and Toy
Group. Jamie brings a breeder’s approach to judging. He is still actively breeding and exhibiting dogs and believes this is an integral part of staying engaged with the process of evaluating breeding stock. He remains an independent opinion when evaluation dogs and is secure to make good choices in the breeds he is evaluating. His judging career has taken him all over the world, but for him, the highlights have been some of the top shows in the USA. He has judged at Westminster Kennel Club 3 times (including the Hound group in 2021), the American Kennel Club National Championship 5 times (including the Sporting group in 2022), and various National Specialties. |
