| Biography |

| I live in Gazzaniga, near Bergamo in northern Italy, and have always had a great passion for
dogs. In the 1980s, I was fortunate enough to discover the Labrador Retriever and
immediately fell in love with this wonderful breed. I have lived with Labradors by my side
since 1990. My wife and I raise this fantastic breed through the DUKELAND Kennel. Over the years, we have achieved excellent results and numerous awards, including several Italian and international champions, European and world champions. I have been an FCI judge since 2008 and judge the following groups: FCI 8 Retrievers - Hunting Dogs - Water Dogs , FCI 4 Dachshunds. I have had the pleasure of being invited to judge not only in Italy, but also throughout Europe,Russia, Japan, Australia, Canada, and the United States. In 2016, I had the pleasure and honour of judging the 41st annual POTOMAC Specialty Show near Washington, D.C., the largest and most magnificent Labrador dog show in the world. Over 1,500 Labradors competed for the title at this magnificent show; it was a tremendous honour for me. In 2020, I had the immense satisfaction of being invited to judge at the WESTMINSTER DOG SHOW in New York City, at Madison Square Garden, undoubtedly one of the most important dog shows in the world, along with CRUFTS. It is an honour and a pleasure for me to have the opportunity to judge at the 2026 WORLD DOG SHOW in Italy; it will certainly be a magnificent event. |
