Judge ChangeGwen Roswell is unable to fulfill her assignment. Penny Jackson will judge in her place for Obedience and Lale Aksu will judge her Rally Obedience trials. As per rule 3.4.4 - A qualifying score earned under a substitute or replacement judge will be considered as having been earned under the advertised judge.
