Description
Westie Walk & Fun Day Fundraiser on Sunday, September 15th. Registration begins on site at 11:00 am. Event runs from 12:00 noon - 3:00 pm (ish) at Mississauga Valley Park @ 1275 Mississauga Valley Park Blvd, Mississauga, Ontario.

All proceeds from this FUNdraising PAWTY go to help Westies in Need.

We begin with a 15 minute Westie Walk around the park, led by our Scottish bagpipers, followed by our Parade of Rescues, Westie games, contests, shopping, a silent auction, vendors & cake! Prizes are awarded for all events with a special prize for the Westie who collects the most pledges, the oldest Westie, the youngest Westie, the Westie who travelled the longest distance to come to the Walk and so much more!!! It is a Westie-ful Westie Festie and a great opportunity for Westie owners to get to know each other.

This year we are raising the woof as we celebrate our 10th Anniversary in Rescue. Bring your lawn chairs and spend your afternoon with us. Rain or shine, nothing stops our Westietude! Everyone is welcome - Westies and Westie Wannabes.

Description
Dog Days of Scugog will return to the Scugog Shores Museum Village over the weekend of Saturday, July 20 and Sunday, July 21 as Durham Region’s largest dog event marks its 17th year. We are pleased to announce that WoofJocks Canine All Stars and DogLoversDays have partnered with us again to offer a weekend jam-packed with howling good fun! We are expecting more than 1,500 dogs, their owners and interested spectators to join in the weekend-long fun that aims to promote the proper training and care of dogs and to celebrate the joy of sharing our lives with our canine friends.

Dog Days runs 9:00 am - 4:00 pm both days. Admission is $7 for adults, $5 for students and seniors and $2 for children 5-12 years. Children 4 and under are free. Family weekend passes are available for $20 (includes 2 adults and unlimited children 12 & under). The Scugog Shores Museum Village is located at 16210 Island Rd., one-kilometre north of Hwy. 7A, east of Port Perry.
