The Shetland Sheepdog Fanciers Club is holding an All Breed Eye Clinic Clinic on October 2 - 3 in Devon, Alberta.
Location: Pioneer 73 Club, 29 St. Lawrence Avenue
Eye Exams: Dr. Kelli Combs Ramey (DVM, DACVO)
Cost: $45 per dog / $40 per dog for SSFC members.

** Owners will be required to complete THEIR OWN DOG's OFA CAER eye forms online prior to the clinic. We will provide owners with a link to the OFA health clinic webpage for OUR health clinic, and owners can complete the forms online before the dog's exams are done.
** Please contact Yvonne Halkow at willowglyn@gmail.com for scheduling before filling out forms so that we can be sure there is a time slot available for your appointment.
All exams must be paid in advance by cheque or email money transfer to ssfcedmonton@gmail.com.
